The Johnson-Budington Library of the C.G. Jung Institute of Colorado was founded in 2005 through a generous gift and book donation from Irma and William Budington. The library is presently housed in the Institute’s offices at 1776 S. Jackson, suite 203. Current library holdings include 1675 titles cataloged, with ongoing new donations and titles. The cataloged titles include several sets of Jung’s Collected Works as well as volumes by other eminent Jungians, folk tales, fairy tales and mythology, and other related psychological literature. The library features a special Alchemy collection donated by Jeffrey Raff.
Library access is available for Jung Institute analysts, training candidates, and other students, as well as members of the C.G. Jung Society of Colorado. The librarian is Janis Page, and check-out and use of the library is by appointment only with her or Lara Newton. The library uses Readerware as its database.
